This was be the twenty-second year that we have held Knaresborough Pet Day on the Bank Holiday Monday at the start of National Pet Week.
The event is held at Knaresborough House, High Street Knaresborough (click here for link) starting at 11-30 am for first entries. Admission is free.

Many local and national animal charities are invited to attend at no charge to them to raise funds and promote their activities. Your support for them is always appreciated. They provide stalls and entertainments during the day.
There is a display given by Harrogate and District Road Safety Dog Training Club. This regular item is performed by ordinary(?) pet dogs with their owners and is always a new, finely choreographed display...worth coming along just for this!!.To watch the display click here
Harrogate Agility Training Society
give demonstrations during the day. This Society is very active in competitive dog agility and there are some very highly qualified dogs amongst their number. More details on their web site.
In addition there are the refreshments provided by the Harrogate District Cats Protection kitchen team. Worth missing breakfast for!
